 The
Janasankhya Sthirta Kosh has to raise
contributions from grants, donations and
subscriptions in furtherance of the
objectives of the Kosh.
Donations
 100%
Tax Exemption is available under section
80G(2)(a)(vii) of the INCOME TAX ACT, 1961
for donations to JSK.
Registration under Foreign Contribution
(Regulation) Act 1976.

has been opened exclusively for receiving
foreign contribution.
Any
person who subscribes to JSK's Aims and
Objectives can make a donation to the Kosh. The funds will go into JSK's
Corpus and the interest thereon will be used
for projects and programmes that serve
underserved areas or support efforts to
provide information on contraception and
reproductive health services and building
awareness.

Every contribution will be acknowledged
twice (first when the cheque / demand draft
is received and second after the funds are
realized.
JSK will
announce electronic transfer of money
shortly. Untill then payment may be made by
Cheque/Demand Draft.
Contributions
in Kind
Contributions
in kind are welcome. Examples are donation
of hardware for call centres, cell phones to
strengthen communication links, flip charts,
posters, TV clips, films and TV/Radio time
sponsored by the Corporate or NGO sectors.
Suitability for use will be checked before
accepting the gift. Material may be sent on
CD only with an introduction of which
organisation is giving the material and with
what target group in mind. (JSK reserves
the right to use the material as deemed
relevant)
