The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India requested all State Governments to provide details of centers where family planning facilities are available.  Information has been provided by the following States/Union Territories so far:

 

States-

Arunanchal Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Goa, Jharkhand, Karnataka (only one District), Madhya Pradesh, Mizoram, Punjab, Sikkim, Uttarakhand, West Bengal.

 

Union Territories-

Daman & Diu, Puducherry

 

 (arranged in alphabetical order)

 

Efforts are on to collect the remaining information which will be posted on the website as and when received.

 

Private health facilities registered with the State Government are encouraged to send their details to JSK for being displayed on JSK’s website. The main purpose of giving this information to be able to give details to telephonic callers that use JSK’s Call Centre Service. Private facilities must quote registration number and other details in the format shown below:
