The Governing Board of JSK is chaired by the
Secretary Health of the Government of India
along with the Secretaries of the Key
Sectors mentioned above alongwith
representatives of CII, FICCI and two
leading National level NGOs. The Governing
Board is the main policy forming body and
projects and programmes are approved by the
Board and implemented through the Executive
Director of JSK.
The Executive Director is the Chief
Executive Officer of the Kosh.
Elected Members
According to the Memorandum of Association,
ten members from the General Body are to be
elected on the Governing Board so that there
are ten non-government members besides the
four government members and the Executive
Director of JSK.

The Central Government has undertaken to
assist the JSK for the first three years in
its drive for membership.
