The
membership fees will go into the Corpus of
JSK and a receipt would be issued.
Information on the progress of population
stabilisation state by state would be given
periodically. Members can attend the General
Body meetings of JSK to give their views and
become party to decision making in this
important area. They will be regularly
posted about projects and schemes undertaken
by with details of who benefitted. Your
membership would help JSK to reach out to
more and more people to help join hands to
multiply efforts.
Members of
Associations indicated in the Constitution
will have voting rights if they are
sponsored by their Associations. Voting
rights are restricted to members of
Associations of demographers and allied
experts, Trade & Industry, NGOs active
in the field of family planning,
associations of medical specialists and
paramedics.
Elected
Members on the Governing Board
Categories
mentioned in the Government Resolution*
will be elected from the General Body on the
Governing Board. Elections would be held to
induct members on the Governing Board of JSK
from the categories mentioned below which
will give professional focus to the
activities. By-laws for conducting elections
will be issued separately.

sectors.

Representatives
from the Associations of Industry and
Trade.

Non-Governmental
Organizations active in the field of
population stabilization and its allied
sectors or associated with the Family
Welfare and Health Sectors under the
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Medical
and Para-medical Associations.
(JSK
reserves the right to refuse membership. The
Governing Body can withdraw membership
without assigning any reasons).
Payment
towards membership fee should be made either
through Multicity Cheque drawn on Core
Banking Solution (CBS) branch or through
crossed bank draft in favour of 'JSK -
Membership' payable at New Delhi.
