Jansankhya Sthirata Kosh is a registered society of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. For the purpose of Right to Information Act - 2005, Dr. Ravendra Singh, Director (NCP), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has been designated as Central Public Information Officer in respect of Jansankhya Sthirata Kosh (National Population Stabilisation Fund). There is no permanent post sanctioned by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. The staff of the Jansankhya Sthirata Kosh has been appointed on short term contractual basis. The Bye Laws of JSK are under preparation.
